The Summer Light Is Softer

The Summer Light is Softer Now

The dawn's summer light is bright and clear. It has the energy it brings to the day.

Throughout the summer, my gaze has wandered through the early morning garden as I feel the pulse and the beautiful colours. It is as though the garden and I are one.

This morning the light is defused and softer. 

I can feel the garden's energy responding with a quieter flow and slowing growth.

The garden knows we are preparing for the fall as a cool breeze ushers in a day.

My heart beats slowly; my body is quiet. 

I love the quiet. I could live a lifetime here in a deepening river of awareness and understanding.
